做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
