做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
