做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
