做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
