做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
