做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
