做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
