做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
