做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
