做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
