做(zuò )法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
