做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
