做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
