做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
