做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
