做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
