做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
