做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
