做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
