做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料(liào ),武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
