做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
