做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
