做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
