做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
