做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
