做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
