做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
