做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
