做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
