做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
