做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
