做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
