做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
