做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
