做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
