做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
