做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
