做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
