做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
