做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
