做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
