做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
