做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
