做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
