做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
