做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
