做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
