做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
