做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
