做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
